SPECIAL SOFT LAUNCH OPPORTUNITY
Our current soft launch of RP is about starting our story and bringing on board early visionaries and leaders. To focus on “First Things First,” we are delaying our membership fees until Fall 2025. When this soft launch (grace period) is over, our nominal membership fee will begin for all who move forward with us. As such, this soft launch period gives everyone a “no cost” start with RP. Full membership obligations with RP (explained above) are not in effect during our soft (beta) launch.
1. I understand I am being given the opportunity to become a member of RP during RP’s soft launch. As such I agree to follow some RESTRICTED PRACTICES until such time as RP officially announces. The purpose of these temporary restrictions is to go through our “Proof of Concept,” with inevitable adjustments as systems are fine tuned. As such, we want to work out unexpected bugs and build a starting leadership on WHO we are, WHAT we believe and WHY we exist. With this in mind, we are REQUIRING you only share RP with those you know personally (e.g. warm market). NO marketing through any form of email blasting/spamming is allowed, NO posting onto any form of social marketing sites, NO placement of ads on search engines or NOR ANY other form of mass advertising is allowed. Our goal in our soft launch is to accomplish several things. We are looking for the BEST OF THE BEST to become our FIRST RP success partners. By starting with quality people who embrace RP’S MVP MINDSET, we will develop success testimonials within the RP program. Our objective: Real stories, from real people, through a real system. You also understand anyone breaking this agreement will be permanently removed from the RP program. If we build RP right, we will enjoy the rewards for DECADES.
2. I am competent and of legal age to enter into contracts in the state in which I enter this Agreement with Retirement Partners (RP). I understand as an affiliate with RP, I am an independent contractor and not an agent, employee, or legal representative of RP. I understand joining RP does not constitute the sale of a franchise or a business opportunity under state or federal law. I understand I am not acquiring any interest in a security. I understand creating any promotional material that includes the name Retirement Partners or the RP logo is PROHIBITED. I understand RP is currently in a soft launch – no cost – period. Once we go into our official launch, at this time, you decide to continue with RP or not. Should you decide to continue, there will be an immediate registration cost of $89.70 and beginning on month 7, a monthly membership fee of $14.95. I also understand I determine my decision to maintain an active membership with RP and I may cancel my membership at any time, which discontinues any further RP membership requirements. I agree to hold harmless, indemnify and release Retirement Partners from, (a) any claims or liability arising from or relating to the operation or promotion of RP and (b) any claims I may have for consequential, special or exemplary damages against Retirement Partners for any reason whatsoever.
